1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5z999 ("5z999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://5z999.app and all associated services, products, software, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance button, or by simply accessing or using any part of the 5z999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5z999 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or policies governing individual games, promotions, or features on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to the matter they address, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

5z999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. See Section 10 for details on how amendments are communicated.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 5z999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 5z999 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account on 5z999 that was closed by us for violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of 5z999 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

5z999 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this platform is lawful where you are located. By using 5z999, you warrant that you have satisfied yourself on this point.

We may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by us may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on 5z999, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on 5z999. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — may be merged or closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 5z999 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5z999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID — National ID card or valid passport.
• Proof of address — A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — A recent bKash transaction statement or similar document confirming ownership of the payment account used.

KYC documents should be submitted via the account dashboard. Standard verification is completed within two (2) business hours. Platinum VIP members benefit from expedited KYC processing.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5z999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who obtained your credentials through your negligence — is your responsibility. Notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5z999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5z999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 5z999 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5z999 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. The current list of available methods is displayed at the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 5z999 balance instantly upon successful processing.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 5z999 reserves the right to request proof that a payment account belongs to you before processing associated withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes during operational hours (10 AM – 10 PM BST).
• Gold VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing; Platinum VIP members receive processing in under five (5) minutes around the clock.
• 5z999 may impose a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit based on your account tier. Current limits are displayed in the account dashboard.

4.4 Funds Held in Trust

Player funds deposited into 5z999 accounts are held in dedicated accounts segregated from 5z999's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of operational difficulties. 5z999 does not pay interest on player account balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5z999 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5z999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited; unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Certain games may contribute at a different rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback under the 5z999 VIP programme is calculated as a percentage of net losses during the qualifying week (Monday 00:00 BST to Sunday 23:59 BST) and credited automatically on Monday of the following week. Cashback rates are 3% (Bronze), 5% (Silver), 8% (Gold), and 12% (Platinum). Cashback is credited as real-money balance with no wagering requirement unless otherwise communicated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5z999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account if it determines — in its reasonable judgement — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, exploiting errors or technical faults to gain bonus credit, and colluding with other players to share or transfer bonus benefits.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing games on 5z999, you accept that all decisions regarding the settlement of bets and the outcome of casino games are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described below. 5z999 strives to ensure all games and betting markets are operated fairly and transparently.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• In-play bets are accepted and settled on the basis of the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by our system. Network delays or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for cancellation of an in-play bet.
• 5z999 reserves the right to void a bet at any time if it is placed on a market that was offered in error, if the odds were manifestly incorrect, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in the relevant event.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be treated as void and stakes returned. Winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical fault will not be paid.
• Live casino sessions are streamed from licensed studios. If a live stream is interrupted, the affected round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's official rules for that scenario.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet or game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the settlement by contacting [email protected] with full details of the bet or game round, including the date, time, and transaction reference. 5z999 will review the dispute within five (5) business days and communicate its decision in writing. The decision of 5z999 following the review process is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

5z999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraudulent or illegal activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the 5z999 platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform to launder money.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a valid deposit made to 5z999.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker rooms, live casino tables, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults in the platform to gain credits, bonuses, or winnings beyond what would normally be available.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on your behalf without prior written authorisation from 5z999.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using fictitious identity details.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across markets with the sole intent of guaranteeing a risk-free profit at 5z999's expense, commonly referred to as "arbing".
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 5z999 platform, other player accounts, or backend systems.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 5z999 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

5z999 may report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 5z999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, withhold and forfeit balances, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by 5z999

5z999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance; or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, 5z999 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 5z999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Closure requests cannot be reversed once processed. If you wish to return to 5z999 after a voluntary closure, you will need to register a new account subject to the eligibility conditions in Section 2.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming problematic may request a formal self-exclusion. Self-exclusion permanently closes your account and prevents the creation of a new account. 8.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 5z999 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from an inactive account balance. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for twelve (12) months may be closed without further notice.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5z999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers exclude all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 5z999 platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from your voluntary decision to place bets or play casino games.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by events outside 5z999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party providers, provided that 5z999 takes reasonable steps to remedy such errors within a reasonable time of becoming aware of them.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to the player's payment provider rather than to 5z999.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 5z999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 5z999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms

5z999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify active players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or sending an email notification to registered email addresses.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was published. Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the 5z999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2. 5z999 is not obligated to maintain any previous version of these Terms in force for any individual player.

Any waiver by 5z999 of any breach of these Terms by you shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
